Ben has over 25 years’ experience within the resin flooring industry, giving him an extensive understanding of the sector from both a practical and commercial perspective.

For the past eight years, he has owned and managed Northern Star Flooring, overseeing projects from initial consultation and specification through to planning, installation and completion.

Prior to running Northern Star Flooring, Ben spent many years working directly on site, managing and delivering resin flooring projects throughout the UK and internationally. This hands-on experience has given him an in-depth understanding of flooring preparation, resin systems, installation methods, project management and the challenges associated with demanding operational environments.

His main area of expertise is industrial resin flooring, particularly within challenging environments where durability, performance, hygiene, chemical resistance and minimal disruption to production are critical.

Having worked at every level of the industry—from installing and managing projects on site to running a specialist resin flooring business—Ben is able to approach projects with both practical experience and a strong understanding of what is required to deliver them successfully.
