Registered Installers

A Vuba Registered Installer has been buying Vuba materials regularly for aminimum of three months and has demonstrated their ability to install oursystems to the correct standards.

They meet our initial approval criteria and are supported by a dedicated Vuba Account Manager. This tier confirms the installer is actively engaged withVuba and committed to delivering quality installations.

Approved Installers

A Vuba Approved Installer has been buying exclusively from Vuba for a minimum of 10 months and has completed at least 12 projects over 50m². They have demonstrated consistent quality by installing to full Vubaspecifications and submitting installation day sheets and project imagery. Each Approved Installer has also been visited on site by their dedicated Account Manager to ensure all preparation and installation guidelines are followed, including recommended bases and surface depths.

Elite Installers

Elite Installer status is the highest level within the Vuba installer network and is achieved through an 18–24 month approval process. Elite Installers have been Approved Installers for a minimum of 12 months and consistently demonstrate exceptional skill, backed by years of experience and the highest level of craftsmanship. Their work is regularly inspected to ensure the highest standards are maintained, with projects installed to full Vuba specifications and laid over the VubaMac base system where required. Choosing an Elite Installer means choosing the very best in quality, consistency, and expertise.

We strongly advise all home customers to directly contact us to verify the status we may have or have not awarded to the Installer. Vuba excludes any and all liability for losses, damages, or defects arising from an installation by an Installer where Vuba has not confirmed prior, to the customer, that the Installer is either a Registered, Approved, or Elite Installer. If a customer proceeds with an Installer without the confirmation from Vuba, the customer does so entirely at their own risk.

We are always seeking improvement and new innovations. Our Vuba system is SuDS-compliant and is 19 times more permeable than block paving. Ideal for Housing Developments, Public Buildings, Private Driveways, and beyond, Vuba ensures an eco-friendly, durable, and permeable solution.

A permeable surface can help manage surface water runoff by allowing water to infiltrate into the ground rather than pooling on the surface. This can significantly help to reduce the risk of flooding.

Vuba takes pride in our system's role in flood prevention. We've partnered with ASA (Association of SuDS Authorities) in contributing to flood prevention.
