Simon Hubble has more than 25 years’ experience in the resinous flooring industry, working across polyurethane, epoxy and other specialist resin systems in both internal and external environments.

For the past 15 years, Simon has specialised in resin-bound surfacing, developing extensive practical knowledge of installation, problem-solving and the variables that influence system performance. He has a particular focus on helping installation teams improve consistency and operate safely and efficiently.

Simon founded Flex Surfaces & Floors 15 years ago, developing the company into an established resin flooring contractor with an annual revenue of approximately £2.2–£2.5 million.

In 2025, Simon moved into distribution, establishing Vuba Surfaces Kent, followed by Vuba Surfaces Essex in June 2026. These businesses combine his contracting and technical experience with the distribution, training and support of resin-bound installers across the Southeast of England.
