James leads the technical team at Vuba, drawing on experience across a range of technically focused roles. His focus is on solving technical problems, understanding customer needs and providing practical, reliable support.

James began his career in telecommunications, supporting customers and resolving issues, which sparked his passion for technical work and problem-solving. He then moved into engineering support, working in a control room to help engineers resolve operational issues. During this time, he also completed a degree in Business and Management before progressing into 5G network planning on government contracts across Yorkshire.

James joined Vuba in a sales role, gaining valuable insight into customers’ needs through daily conversations. He then returned to his core strengths in technical support and problem-solving, progressing through the technical team to his current leadership role.
